Our Placement Process
Understanding Your Needs:
We start by gathering a detailed job specification from you, including the skills and qualities you value most.
From there, we prepare a shortlist of qualified candidates who meet your criteria.
Convenient Interviews:
Choose the interview setting that suits you best—either at our offices or in the comfort of your home or
workplace, with one of our facilitators bringing the candidates directly to you. Our facilitators are available to
assist with the interview process, clarifying duties and ensuring that each candidate is fully capable and eager
to meet your requirements.
Transparent Reference Checks:
All candidates come with thorough background and reference checks, and we provide direct access to
referees for added peace of mind.
Contracts and Probation:
Once you've selected your candidate, we guide you through the contract setup, ensuring compliance with the
Basic Conditions of Employment Act. Your new hire’s role, responsibilities, and expectations are outlined in
detail, along with a probation period of up to 90 days to confirm the fit. Our facilitators are present to ensure
clarity and understanding on all sides.
Fees and Warranty
A one-time placement fee of 14% of the annual salary is due once the staff member starts. This fee is backed
by a 3-month warranty, providing peace of mind as you settle into this new arrangement. Full terms and
conditions are available upon request.
